2. What payment methods do you accept?

We provide payment instructions after order confirmation. Payment details are shared by our team depending on your project and region.

3. Do you provide payment gateway accounts?

No. We only integrate payment gateways. The client must create and verify their merchant account with the payment provider.

4. How long does it take to complete a website or app?

It depends on the project scope:

• Basic Website: 3–5 days

• Business Website: 5–10 days

• E-commerce: 7–15 days

• Mobile App: 15–45 days

5. Do you provide revisions?

Yes, limited revisions are included according to your selected package. Major changes after approval are charged separately.

6. Will I own the project after completion?

Yes. Full ownership is transferred after complete payment clearance.

7. Do you provide hosting and domain?

We can guide or arrange hosting and domain, but charges are paid by the client as third-party services.

8. What if payment gateway approval gets rejected?

Approval depends on the payment provider’s policies. We are not responsible for rejection, but we will assist you in fixing technical requirements.

9. Do you provide support after delivery?

Yes. We provide limited technical support for bug fixes after delivery. Ongoing maintenance can be purchased separately.

10. Can I cancel my project?

You may cancel before work starts. After work begins, advance payment is non-refundable because resources are already allocated.

11. Do you create custom software?

Yes. We develop custom ERP systems, dashboards, automation tools, and web applications according to business needs.
