1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing any service from Rising Shine Sun Soft (Private) Limited, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide digital services including but not limited to:

• ERP solutions

• Payment gateway integration

• Software development & IT consultancy

All services are delivered according to the scope agreed in quotation, invoice, or proposal.

3. Payments

• All projects require advance payment before work begins.

• Remaining payment must be cleared upon completion or delivery of milestone.

• Delay in payment may result in suspension of service or project delivery.

• Payment gateway approval or third-party verification delays are not the responsibility of the company.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide:

• Correct content, documents, and business details

• Required verification for payment providers or hosting companies

• Timely feedback and approvals

Project delays caused by missing information will not be counted as company delay.

5. Revisions

We provide limited revisions as per agreed package.
Major design or functionality changes after approval will be treated as a new task and charged separately.

6. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services such as:

• Payment gateways

• Hosting providers

• Domain registrars

• APIs

We are not responsible for downtime, rejection, suspension, or policy decisions made by third-party providers.

7. Delivery & Timelines

Delivery time starts after receiving all required materials and advance payment.
Delays caused by client response, verification processes, or external providers are not included in delivery time.

8. Intellectual Property

• Full ownership of the project is transferred after complete payment.

• Until payment is cleared, the company retains rights to the work.

• Source code may not be resold or redistributed without permission.

9. Support & Maintenance

Free support is provided for a limited period after delivery (bug fixes only).
Future updates, feature additions, or maintenance will be charged separately unless included in a maintenance plan.

10. Refund Policy

Payments made for completed work or delivered milestones are non-refundable.
Advance payments cover reserved time and resources and are not refundable once work has started.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rising Shine Sun Soft (Private) Limited shall not be liable for:

• Business loss, revenue loss, or indirect damages

• Third-party service failures

• Security breaches caused by client negligence

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated

• Payments remain unpaid

• Services are used for illegal activities

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed under the laws of Pakistan, and disputes shall fall under Islamabad jurisdiction.
