1. Nature of Services

Rising Shine Sun Soft (Private) Limited provides digital products and services such as software development, websites, mobile applications, ERP systems, and integrations.
Since these are intangible digital services, they cannot be physically returned.

2. Eligibility for Return

A “return” request will only be considered in the following situations:

  • Wrong files delivered by our team

  • Corrupted or unusable deliverables

  • Delivered product does not match agreed scope

In such cases, we will correct, replace, or re-deliver the service instead of accepting a return.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns are not applicable if:

  • The client changes mind after delivery

  • Required features were not part of the agreed scope

  • Third-party provider rejects or delays approval

  • Client lacks technical knowledge to operate the system

  • Minor design preference differences

4. Revision Instead of Return

For digital services, revisions act as the return process.
We will fix genuine errors reported within 7 days after delivery according to the agreed package.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients must review the project before final approval.
Once approved and handed over, the project is considered accepted and cannot be returned.

6. Third-Party Products

Domains, hosting, licenses, SMS credits, and payment gateway fees cannot be returned because they are issued directly by external providers.
